At Troy First United Methodist Church, we often take photos and videos during children's and youth events to capture the wonderful moments of fellowship and growth. These images may be shared on our church’s social media platforms, website, and other promotional materials. Please review and sign the photo release form below to give or decline permission for your child’s image to be used.

I, the undersigned, grant permission to First United Methodist Church, its representatives, and employees the right to photograph and/or record video of my child, during church-sponsored events and activities.

I authorize First United Methodist Church to use photographs and video recordings of my child for the following purposes:

• Church website and newsletters
• Promotional materials related to church events
