We are "A Church Family Caring for World and One Another." (John 13:35)  Relationships are the context in which we learn everything: our love for God, neighbor and for ourselves.  By God's grace, broken and imperfect people can bring more hope and healing to our broken world.  

We seek to embody the strategy of Jesus and the early Church as was recounted in the Book of Acts, Chapter 2, Verses 43-47 – Gather ~ Grow ~ Give ~ Glorify ~ Go – making disciples all throughout the world  (Matthew 28:18-20).  

Through all of our ministries, whether people are hungry physically or spiritually, we seek to feed Jesus's sheep.  You, no matter where you come from and where you are going, are welcome to join us in this journey together.

At Troy First United Methodist Church, our Traditional Building located at 110 W. Franklin St., in Troy, is home to our Traditional Worship Services. Across the street, First Place Christian Center, our Contemporary Building, located at 16 W. Franklin St., in Troy, is home to our Contemporary Worship Services.
